Welcome to Lean on Me, where hope and healing intertwine. We provide safe, sober living for those overcoming addiction and reintegrating post-incarceration. Our mission is to guide and empower, fostering resilience and growth. We go beyond offering shelter, creating a supportive environment where individuals rediscover themselves and find the support they need for a fresh start. Collaborating with treatment providers, probation and parole officers, we ensure a holistic approach to care, addressing both recovery and mental well-being. Together, we can build a brighter tomorrow, one step at a time.
